Year 3

Welcome to our Year 3 Classes

The teachers in Year 3 are Miss McGuinness and Mr. Renton.

Our teaching assistants are Mrs. Finc, Mrs. Robinson and Miss Zafar.

The teachers would like to welcome the children to Year 3. We are looking forward to a busy and exciting year. The children will be preparing for the Sacraments and enjoying trips out. Interesting visitors will come to school to speak to the children and support their history and science topics.

We would like to thank you in advance for supporting your children with their homework, reading, spellings and multiplication tables.

February Half Term Project – Year 3

Over half term, we would like your child to think of their favourite colour.  Try and contain it to just one colour.  They then need to look out for something in that colour in a magazine, leaflet, brochure, or maybe somewhere else.  If they could cut this item/object out and bring it into school on Monday 25th February please.  If they are really struggling, they might find something that they could draw and colour in.  We don’t want any real objects or photographs please.

Also, if you have any old postcards at home, or are going away during the holidays, could you pick one up and send it in with your child, on or before 18th March.

If your child struggles with either of these, please don’t worry.

Thank you for your continued support.  Year 3 Teachers.
